Should You Try A Fat Burner?

Fat burners are every where:over the counter, and under. But do they work? Well, dont you think that if they did that there would be a lot less obese people? Fat burners arent an excuse to eat and be lazy… and they definitely arent a long term answer to getting fit and in shape. In fact most people regain the weight they lost plus some… making then in a worst place than they started.

Several have bad side affects such as depression, anxiety, increased heart rate and the shakes. There are a lot more too. The bottom line is this: fat burners arent the way to real fat loss… that comes from a healthy diets and a good workout plan.
